Measurememt Guide
Accurate measurements guarantee the perfect fit.
How to Measure Correctly
Accurate body measurements are the most important factor for a successful remote purchase of a rhythmic gymnastics leotard.
Based on precise measurements, our team will professionally select the most suitable leotard for you remotely, taking into account the gymnast’s body proportions, age characteristics, as well as the specific features of the leotard design.
For accurate measurements, the gymnast should wear tight-fitting clothing, ideally competition sports underwear.
Measurements must be taken directly on the body using a soft measuring tape. The tape should fit snugly without squeezing the body and should not hang loosely.
The most essential measurements are:
-
Chest circumference №1
-
Waist circumference №2
-
Hip circumference №3
-
Vertical body girth (from shoulder, through the crotch, and back to the shoulder) №4
Additional Measurements (If Required)
If the leotard includes sleeves, a stand-up collar, or other additional design elements, the following extra measurements are required:
-
Neck circumference
-
Shoulder length
-
Arm length (to the wrist)
-
Bicep circumference
Please note:
Measurements No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, and 8 must be taken as a full circumference measurement — NOT half.
Never increase your measurements, even if you would like to choose a leotard with extra room for growth.
Please inform our team about your preference, and we will take it into account when selecting the appropriate size for you.
